Happy Holidays!
Come in with all of your friends to move with us on Monday, December 23rd. Bring a few friends and a dozen cookies, and go home feeling good with a mixed dozen cookies! Class sizes will not be capped, and we will have a few volunteer instructors so everyone gets some personalized attention. We love our MoveTru and Langford community, and we would love to spend this day with all of you!
