This May, we are offering a free climbing wrist & thumb injury prevention class. This workshop will be taught by Jenny Ploss, a physical therapist with more than 15 years of rock climbing experience, and 6 years experience working with climbers with injuries. Learn about common wrist and thumb pain and injuries in rock climbing, and practice the movements you should be doing during to reduce your risk of injury.
